Local Information

Location: The workshop will take place in the John R. Blocker Building on the Texas A&M University campus in College Station. The room will be announced.
Parking: Visitor parking details will be posted after the workshop location is finalized. See Texas A&M's visitor parking information and campus maps.
Hotels: Nearby options include the Hampton Inn College Station. The George and Cavalry Court are located in Century Square, across University Drive from the Texas A&M campus. The organizers will arrange hotel accommodations for most participants. Additional details will be communicated directly.
Restaurants: Restaurants are available in Century Square, adjacent to campus, and along University Drive on the north side of campus.

Transportation

By air: Easterwood Airport (CLL) is the closest airport to campus and offers daily nonstop service through Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW). Travelers may also fly into Houston (IAH or HOU) or Austin (AUS).
Airport shuttle: Ground Shuttle operates scheduled shared rides between George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and Bryan–College Station. Reservations should be made in advance.
Driving: College Station is approximately a two-hour drive from Houston or Austin and approximately a three-hour drive from Dallas, depending on traffic.
